As a business it is important to us to consider our environmental impact. Through this consideration we have decided to use recycled padded mailers supplied by the Australian business No Issue & your shipping is 100% Carbon Neutral via Australia Post.

Shipping

We ship Australia-Wide via Australia Post.

Orders will be processed Monday-Friday & will be sent out within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. Once the parcel has been shipped out you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcels journey to you.

Please ensure you enter your address information correctly as if an error is made we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.

Shipping Time Frames / Costs

Standard Shipping $10.00 - Estimated Delivery is 2-7 days
Express Shipping $15.00 - Estimated Delivery is  1-4 days

The above shipping timeframes are estimates from Australia Post. If Australia Post runs into delays & you are awaiting your delivery, please reach out & we will happily investigate this for you.

International Orders

As this stage we are only shipping Australia-Wide, however if you are an international customer and are interested in purchasing a deck, please reach out to us and we will organise individualised shipping quote for you. We would love to hear from you; thedailycalm@outlook.com

Returns / Refunds

Due to the nature of the cards we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with our product, please do reach out to us and will look to help you resolve any issues thedailycalm@outlook.com

Damaged / Faulty Products

To ensure each order is of top quality before sending out, we inspect every deck before hand wrapping it in tissue paper and packaging in a recycled padded mailer. We follow this process to avoid any damages during transit, however if in the unlikely event that you receive a deck that is damaged please email thedailycalm@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Please do not return the item without hearing back from us.

We will arrange for the damaged or faulty product to be returned to us and we will organise with you if you would like a replacement or refund.

We will cover the postage costs required to return the faulty or damaged item/s.
